Life is full of chapters. While on vacation from Little Rock, AR in San Fransisco in 89' with my husband David, we were unlucky enough to get caught in the massive earthquake which put Bay Bridge in the Pacific. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as David and I rented a car and drove out to Tahoe. It was love at first sight. The next few years consisted of packing and unpacking, and touring all Tahoe had to offer during vacations; then we found Tori Long & Northstar Mountain.
Queue the next chapter, my husband David and I become founding members of the Tahoe Mountain Club and owners in the village. Our family found our home; my husband mentioned multiple times this was his dream. Our dreams together were cut short by David's fatal heart attack, he loved this place immensely and we can still feel his presence. Queue today, I now affectionately refer to my Southern Babies as 'Mountain Rats,' because my children love visiting so frequently! I now work with Tori, the fantastic agent who introduced me to Northstar, to showcase this beautiful community to future families. Throughout my life, Northstar and Tahoe has remained the one constant chapter, and I don't intend to turn the page anytime soon!
